Yes, that is true. One time early in my walk with the Lord He got me on something similar. I answered a question in my Sunday school about 'always being prepared to share the hope that you have.' I was so excited to 'know' the answer. That afternoon God gave me the opportunity to share my hope. I froze and wondered if 'I' could do it. The window He had opened closed and I felt like pie was in my face. I could not live out what I knew in my head. This example is not about writing but speaking is the same kind of thing. We all have to live out what we know to be true. B
Won't it be wonderful to live through out eternity - just living - not interrupted and preoccupied by that which we must do in order to eurvive. This is a day I will live it out tothe fullest.
Laura, I've been sitting here soaking up so many of your posts...just reading and enjoying and letting my mind take journey's with you...but...this simple post gripped me tight. Reminded me of this quote from the movie, "You've Got Mail".
"Sometimes I wonder about my life. I lead a small life. Well, small, but valuable. And sometimes I wonder, do I do it because I like it, or because I haven't been brave? So much of what I see reminds me of something I read in a book, when shouldn't it be the other way around?"

That is so true. The interesting thing to me is that, when you put living first, the writing comes naturally as an expression of it.
Live well, my friend. There will always be time to write but a moment of life only passes by once. If you miss it, what point is there in writing.
Shalom,
Denise

celebrating this aliveness with you today...
Love the simplicity of this.
And the tone. So immediate. So fresh.
OOOOHHHH! That is good!!! Live it!
We can get so caught up in trying to write about it and forget to live it!
You make even a few sentences lyrical, poetic and leaving me wanting more.
Live it. Indeed.
