There are so many times I react this same way to God . . . overwhelmed by the beauty, afraid to move. Thankfully, He is not so skittish. This was beautiful.
There's not a feather out of place. If there were, the beautiful striations of color wouldn't be the same. The One who knows how many hairs are on my head, has time to take care of his other special creatures in ultimately special ways. Such beauty goes way beyond words:)

The simplicity is beautiful. Truly captures a moment that most people wouldn't sit still to appreciate.
I had a very Zen Moment you caught me by surprise with your words and then the photo, wow, just brilliant.

stopping to notice...beyond what may be the obvious...for "suddenlies" may appear
Kind of reminds me of "Be still and know that I am God." What we so often miss in our hustling and bustling about...
I have done this, too. Last time was for a cardinal in brilliant red sitting like a picture in an evergreen. Christmas in July.
wow, i sit still for scenes like this one.
