And here's another reason that we keep praying and do not lose heart. We know that this kingdom business is urgent business--we've heard it from Jesus' own lips. Kingdom is not a matter that comes up for discussion from time to time. Kingdom is what is going on all the time, whether we are aware of it or not. But it is Jesus' intent to make us aware of it. Kingdom requires a total renovation of our imagination so that we are able to see what our eyes do not see; so that we are capable of participating in what will not be reported in tomorrow morning's newspaper...

My favorite line here! Sunday hugs to you.
Love the photo!
do not lose heart...
That Eugene Peterson! Always telling it straight. And you've lifted up some powerful words, here. Along with a powerful image. Makes me remember that we have the keys to heaven...
Yes, a paradigm shift that is totally of God.
I love that last line!
Today was my first in church in a month because of traveling, family, and sickness. It was so wonderfully overwhelming to be back.
wow, kingdom thinking is a form of retraining ourselves, and focusing on spiritual truths instead of what the world wants to teach us. Thank you
I just love the Message sometimes. Like now.
Kingdom is walking and talking daily with Jesus. He lives in me and I abide in HIM.
Love the photo and the quote by Peterson. Almost everything he says is quoteworthy.
